Learn how to let go of endless doing, and just BE.
In our society so much of our time is focused on doing and achieving. Perhaps it's because we feel the need to prove something to ourselves or to others.
I want to challenge you today to spend some time being. Go outside in nature and contemplate your place in this world or this universe. Feel the energy around you. Enjoy that peace and calm. I promise you will have a much better week, and you will feel happier.
