Happy Bit: What Vibrance Means to Me
You want to stay in a high-energy (vibrant) state, but how do you do it when life gets hard?
Your Challenge:
- Power pose.
- Exercise (even if only for 5 minutes)
- Meditate/Journal/Reflect and observe your thoughts and feelings, let go of the thoughts and feelings that don't serve you, and then have a dialogue with God/intuition/the Universe about your “next best step.”
- Stay in the highest vibration state you can, which happens to be unconditional love.
