Happy Bit: STOP the Downward Spiral
Sometimes we think of negative phrases that makes us feel down or discouraged. It can really cause us to spiral real low. It is best to recognize those things, so we can try and stop them early.
Some Inspirational Thoughts:
“I want to give a challenge this week to… if you see a time when you are spiraling, those negative phrases start to come out, I want you to stop and pull out a piece of paper and write down 10 things you love about your life and even more specifically, 10 things you love about yourself.”
“So often we are taught to have a false humility and never really talk well with ourselves but I want to challenge you to stop having false humility and celebrate the good things about you. Have phrases that you have trained yourself to use when needed. ‘I am amazing in the kitchen. I am a wonderful hugger and on and on' Phrases that were true, and you can draw from when these spirals of negativity begin to happen. ”
