Happy Bit: Put Fear In the Backseat
Failure is a great teacher; fear is not. Learn how to analyze your fear, stop procrastinating and take charge of your life again with an easy fear-neutralizing strategy.
Challenge:
Create 2 columns on a sheet of paper; in the left column list everything you're procrastinating doing. In the right column list the underlying fear causing all the procrastination, then sit with the fear, take it to the worst case scenario, and learn you actually ARE strong enough to handle it. This will neutralize your fear so you can jump in and write that book or start that business.
