Terms and Conditions for the Elevate Experience with Jen Riday, Ph.D.
Please read all of the terms and conditions set forth below. All Jen Riday LLC Events are offered subject to our standard terms and conditions, set forth below. Upon enrolling in the Elevate Experience you are deemed to be accepting of all “Terms and Conditions.”
PAYMENT INFO: You agree to pay the tuition amount for the Elevate Experience in full. Tuition includes all sessions and applicable course material. Transportation, lodging, and food are not included in the price of the Elevate Experience.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: In the event that you are unable to attend the 2024 Elevate Experience, you may have someone substitute for your participation at the event. Email us at support@jenriday.com to transfer your enrollment. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, you may email us at support@jenriday.com, and we will convert your enrollment to a voucher, which must be used toward any Jen Riday LLC event or program within 18 months from the date of the event in which you originally enrolled. In the unlikely event that after having participated in the first day of the Elevate Experience, you decide that this event is not right for you, simply turn in your name badge and course materials to any Jen Riday LLC team member and we will fully refund you for the Elevate Experience. This must be done after day 1 of the event; there will be no reimbursement for food, lodging, transportation costs or for any other costs you may have incurred.
NO-SHOW FORFEITURE: If you do not attend any of your confirmed sessions of the Elevate Experience without express written consent from Jen Riday LLC, you will forfeit tuition for that session enrolled, and your Elevate Experience will be considered as fulfilled.
TRANSFERS: In the event that you are unable to attend the Elevate Experience, you may have someone substitute for your participation at the event. Email us at support@jenriday.com to transfer your enrollment. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to substitute, you may email us at support@jenriday.com, and we will convert your enrollment to a voucher, which must be used toward a Jen Riday LLC event or program of your choice within 18 months from the date of the original Elevate Experience in which you enrolled.
LIABILITY: We do NOT accept any liability for a) any medical or psychiatric conditions that may develop during or subsequent to the event or b) lost or damaged personal property of participants.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Dates, times, locations, and structure of events are subject to change, including without limitation if any Elevate Experirence events are being offered live in person or virtually.
PRIVATE EVENT: Jen Riday LLC reserves the right to send a participant home (or remove any participant from any virtual event environment) for any reason it deems appropriate. In such cases, there will be no refund for meals, transportation, or lodging, if applicable. Tuition credits and refunds for the event will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
