2021 Retreat Terms and Conditions

2021 Vibrant Happy Women Retreat (February 3-7, 2021)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read all of the terms conditions set forth below. All Retreats are offered subject to our standard terms and conditions, set forth below. Upon enrolling in the Vibrant Happy Women Retreat (hereafter referred to as “Retreat”) you are deemed to be accepting all “Terms and Conditions.”


PAYMENT INFO

Early Bird Pricing (Effective prior to February 21, 2020):

Superior Room: $1,197 paid in full, or 12 installments of $119.

Deluxe Room: $1,397 paid in full, or 12 installments of $139.

You must complete all payments to attend the Retreat.

Regular Pricing (Effective from February 21-November 19, 2020):

Superior Room: $1,397 paid in full, or 6 installments of $267.

Deluxe Room: $1,597 paid in full, or 6 installments of $297.

You must complete all payments to attend the Retreat.


Refund Policy:

If you cancel at least 91 days before the retreat (by end of day Nov 5, 2020), you are eligible for a 100% refund minus a $60 administration fee.

If you cancel within 90 and 61 days before the retreat (by end of day Dec 4, 2020), you are eligible for a 75% refund minus a $60 administration fee.

If you cancel within 60 and 46 days before the retreat (by end of day Dec 19, 2020), you are eligible for a 50% refund minus a $60 administration fee.

If you cancel within 45 and 0 days before the retreat, we are sorry, but we cannot offer a refund. However, if you know someone who can go in your stead, you may transfer your ticket to another person free of charge.


LIABILITY:

We do NOT accept any liability for: Cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations or other events beyond our control, participants' medical or psychiatric conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the holiday, loss of, or damage to, personal property of participants.

COMPLAINTS:

In the unfortunate event of a problem or a complaint, in the first instance, the client should address it immediately to the venue owner/manager. If not resolved, the client should contact Jen Riday LLC and we will attempt to mediate and resolve it for you as soon as possible so as not to detract from the enjoyment of your Retreat. Please note that Jen Riday LLC is acting only to book the Retreat on your behalf with the owner of the facility, the ultimate responsibility for resolution is between the client and the venue. However, we will always assist you with justifiable complaints provided we are notified of problems at the time they arise.

LEGAL STATUS:
While promoting a venue does confer recognition of a good standard in accordance with our reputation, Jen Riday LLC is acting purely and solely as booking agents between, and on behalf of, both parties.
