Yesterday you learned how to Let Go of Worry, Resentment and Emotional Pain (aka forgiveness and letting go). 

Today, as we conclude our 5-day Sanity Saver Meditation Challenge, we reflect on our amazing opportunity to share love and light with every interaction and every thought – especially with our children and to continue to carry this positivity forward into our lives.

In the days, weeks, and months ahead, we need only to “come back to ourselves” through regular meditation. This increases our love for ourselves and our love for others. Meditation is a place to celebrate all that is beautiful and good in the the world, in people we know, in our children, and most especially in ourselves.
